Rally opens Thursday 1.00 pm and closes Sunday 1.00 pm.
What's On : Celebrate Halloween Weekend with us at Merton where we have booked the village hall for Friday and Saturday. The hall can provide us with 8 x 8 seat long tables but only 40 chairs so you might wish to be prepared, or even prefer your own comfy seat. The playing fields provide lots of open space for ball games/kids to ride bikes and include a fenced off play area. For those that have visited this venue n the past, we have been assured that football matches etc, are no longer permitted to take place whilst rallies etc are hiring the field.
Our scial activities will include some Traditional Trick or Treating for the children on the rally on Friday before we go to the hall for the evening. Make it magical for the kiddies and decorate your van 'Halloween' style. You might be lucky and win a prize.
On Saturday you will be invited to the hall to decorate your table in preparation for the fun and games at our evening Halloween Party. (please note we have agreed not to stick or pin anything on the walls/ceiling in the hall). Fancy/Halloween theme dress is welcomed (for all ages).
Directions: From Bicester take the A41 towards Aylesbury. In a short while yu will need to take the right hand turn for Ambrosden (Ploughly Road). In less than a mile turn right onto Merton Road. Continue on this road for about 2 miles. As you approach the far end of the village you will find the Service Road to the playing fields on the right hand side in between two properties.
