New members

After joining, new members are given a link to download the UK Sites App where they can access their membership card. After April 2022, if a member would like to receive a physical membership card in the post they will need to request one through a link in their welcome email or they can log in to the Club website, and select 'order a new membership card'. New members without an email will automatically be sent a physical card. All digital membership cards should be saved into a wallet on their smartphone (Google Wallet or Apple Pay) and this means the card can be accessed whether there is an internet connection, or not.

Existing members from October 2022

Starting from October 2022 renewals, a month before their renewal, the Club will ask the member to tell us if they would like a card in the post. They will be able to request one through a link that will be in their renewal comms. Just like with new members, any that do not have an email address will continue to automatically be sent a card in the post. In the meantime, if existing members would like to opt-out, they will be able to do so through a request form that will be sent to them before their renewal date.
